With over a decade of experience, Asad has designed and led 80+ training workshops, directly empowering over 1,000 teachers and more than 700 youth across Pakistan, Afghanistan, and the Gulf.
Asad has developed vocational curriculum frameworks, conducted climate mitigation programs, and trained young changemakers in partnership with local and international institutions. He was also part of the HEC-funded “School-Based Vocational Curriculum Development” project led by Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Inamullah at the University of Peshawar, where qualitative and quantitative data from 500+ teachers were analyzed and presented to the Higher Education Commission.
Today, under the umbrella of DocDucks, Asad continues to lead impactful projects across continents, focusing on youth empowerment, education transformation, climate leadership, and global mobility.
When I began my journey in education and youth development, I never imagined it would evolve into something global and multi-faceted. DocDucks is my way of combining purpose with professionalism, creativity with clarity. Whether it’s guiding a school toward sustainability, producing a climate documentary, or helping a student settle abroad—this work is my calling.
